We come here a lot to get pizza tonight we came 11-19-17, the lady was very rude to me and my son, we get home 1.6 mile away from Little Caesars, our pizza was cold the crust was hard and burnt around the edges and it's supposed to be hot and ready it really was terrible & a waste of my money.
The first problem I had was about a year ago. I had a Lenova laptop I bought from the store. The battery went bad. I attempted to buy a replacement. They told me they could not help me. They referred me to Batteries Plus. Batteries Plus special ordered a battery that didn't fit. Bear in mind, both stores searched the serial number from my battery. I went back to PC Land and they told me they could POSSIBLY order a new battery but it would be at least $140. I passed and lived with the power cable. Second Problem - I take a computer in for repair. I told the employee I wanted an estimate before I would authorize work. I was prepared to buy a new laptop if necessary because this laptop was about 3 years old. They called me about a week later to tell me the repair would cost $80. Great! I give them authorization to complete the work. They call me about 10 days later to tell me it was ready for pick up. I go in and they tell me it was now $120.00, not $80.00! I question them on the difference and they tell me they did the recovery AND A BACKUP. OK, I didn't complain. I paid the $120.00 and took the computer home. I turn the computer on and I have less than 5% of my backup done. My daughter had a few school word and excel files that were backed up. I called the store and Paul told me I needed to bring the computer back in so they could search for where the repair tech placed the backup. The service tech was not working that day so I left it for him to tell me where he placed it. He called to tell me it wasn't there and apologized profusely. I went in to pick up the computer and he continued to apologize for his mistake and told me it was A LEARNING LESSON. NO BACKUP was performed. I asked Paul for a refund on the backup they didn't perform. He said he could not refund labor. He did it a couple weeks before and Robert (owner I guess) jumped on him and told him there were no refunds for labor. He gave me Robert's number at the Electric Rd location. I call and the employee that answered told me he was there and to hold on. He asked me my name. He came back on the phone right away and told me Robert had left. I left a message and asked him to call me back. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. I called him later that day and the employee said he gave him the message and Robert was gone for the day. I waited until the following day and called Paul at the Williamson Rd location and told him I expected Robert to call me back. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. That was a week ago today. Granted, they have a clause in their terms that says, "No refunds for labor". Does anyone really believe this includes labor not performed? Robert, check your customer history. I've bought 2 laptops from your store and had NUMEROUS repairs done. Was it worth $40.00 to rip a good customer off? Duke Douglass (I'm still waiting for the call)
We used PC Land to repair several computers over the years. Both when they were on Williamson Road and Electric Rd. We also bought 5 different laptops from them. They offered great service and reasonable prices until recently. Our household has 2 people who work from home and it is very important to have up to date electronics. We also have a college student with electronic needs. We bought a computer for use by a college student but had to take it back several times to get what we had asked for originally. There were at least 3 times in the past few months where repairs suddenly cost more than the price agreed to. The final straw came when we bought a router that was defective. We told the "manager" "owner" that it kept cutting off after we had it for 10 days. He said we had 30 days to bring it back. We finally bought another router and attempted to return the faulty one, before 30 days had passed. We were informed that the return policy is 15 days. NO apology, NO attempt to make it right with a long term customer, NO customer service. PC Land will not get any more money from this household.
The staff is incompetent and rude, including the manager. The pizza was delivered next door not to the specific directions we gave them and then the driver refused to move his car off the neighbors property. I had to walk across a field and into the neighbors property just to get my pizza! The order looked wrong. The manager flat out told me my order cost more than the same order from a different Dominos because this branch ADDS $5 TO THE PRICE OF EVERYTHING! Everything on the menu is more expensive at this branch. THEY ARE RIPPING YOU OFF! Save your money and order food elsewhere. We order tons of pizza monthly but will never order from this Dominos again. When I told the manager she had lost our business she said "ok that's fine." She didn't even care.
The Hitman pizza is delicious...highly recommended! I typically use the Good Fellas located on Peterscreek road and this is a very good signature item. If you enjoy hot wings then you should try the Hitman from Good Fellas! Service is very hot and cold though.
Unbelievably rude manager. Never complain but we didn't get what we ordered and Melissa, the on duty manager was not apologetic. In fact, she argued, raised her voice, was extremely nasty, and hung up on me when I asked her name. Had to call back to get it. She took no accountability that our food was crap, uncooked, unflavored, not what is advertised and not what we ordered. She shifted all the blame to some "order taker" that they do not communicate with. She claimed to have prepared our HORRIBLE food herself and begrudgingly offered a credit after a very defiant conversation. My advice, NEVER EAT HERE OR ORDER FROM HERE. Sure to disappoint then blame you for the disappointment!
I was reading the previous reviews and was REALLY surprised. I visit Frank's on a on occasion and have never had aN issue. I didn't like the Hawaiian I ordered but that note of a preference thing. My summary...Frank's is a good place! I would spend my money there, again and again. Enjoy you food, it's good.
