The staff is incompetent and rude, including the manager. The pizza was delivered next door not to the specific directions we gave them and then the driver refused to move his car off the neighbors property. I had to walk across a field and into the neighbors property just to get my pizza! The order looked wrong. The manager flat out told me my order cost more than the same order from a different Dominos because this branch ADDS $5 TO THE PRICE OF EVERYTHING! Everything on the menu is more expensive at this branch. THEY ARE RIPPING YOU OFF! Save your money and order food elsewhere. We order tons of pizza monthly but will never order from this Dominos again. When I told the manager she had lost our business she said "ok that's fine." She didn't even care.
The Hitman pizza is delicious...highly recommended! I typically use the Good Fellas located on Peterscreek road and this is a very good signature item. If you enjoy hot wings then you should try the Hitman from Good Fellas! Service is very hot and cold though.
Unbelievably rude manager. Never complain but we didn't get what we ordered and Melissa, the on duty manager was not apologetic. In fact, she argued, raised her voice, was extremely nasty, and hung up on me when I asked her name. Had to call back to get it. She took no accountability that our food was crap, uncooked, unflavored, not what is advertised and not what we ordered. She shifted all the blame to some "order taker" that they do not communicate with. She claimed to have prepared our HORRIBLE food herself and begrudgingly offered a credit after a very defiant conversation. My advice, NEVER EAT HERE OR ORDER FROM HERE. Sure to disappoint then blame you for the disappointment!
I was reading the previous reviews and was REALLY surprised. I visit Frank's on a on occasion and have never had aN issue. I didn't like the Hawaiian I ordered but that note of a preference thing. My summary...Frank's is a good place! I would spend my money there, again and again. Enjoy you food, it's good.
This place has the worse customer service. I called for a pizza delivery at 11:45am and was told 40 minutes delivery time. I had to call back an hour later at 12:45 to check status and was told they are busy but the driver is on the way and would be here in 15 minutes. That did not happen either. When she finally showed up at 1:15 my pizza and bread sticks were stone cold. This happened to me before so I should have known better to call them. When it happened before and I called and spoke with their manager she told me she would issue a store credit on my next order and gave me a reference #. Needless to say when I called to try to use that store credit they had no knowledge of the credit being given even though I gave them the manager's name. They said they would have the manager call me but I never got a call from her. If you want fresh food in a timely fashion prepared by people who care you might want to try Papa Johns or Domino's and avoid Pizza Hut. I was forced to give a star rating here and reluctantly had to rate them a one because there is nothing less than that.

Been there plenty. Pizza loaded with a Ton of salt. Can taste in the dough. Always dirty tables! Never have I saw anybody wipe them off once in my 20 visits! Constructive criticism only. Note: 20 visits. But if it doesn't change, 0 visits!
This Pizza Hut is an absolute disaster as far as service goes. The only reason we hadn't stopped giving them our business is because they're the only pizza place that delivers to our neighborhood, but as of last night we're done. Three times in the last year, we've ordered pizza delivery from them and were quoted a time of about an hour. That's not impressive in the first place, but each time the pizza was still not here at the 1&1/2hr mark. We called and the cashier seemed completely baffled by our lost pizza each time. Two times we received cold pizzas around the 2hr mark, and a third time the pizza never did turn up. They did offer to send another one up to us free of charge, but we had hungry kids and were hungry ourselves, so we wanted to know when to expect it. The answer was, "I really don't know," so we declined. Since the actual employees are completely unable to quote an accurate time for the pizza to be ready, I've very recently started ordering online for carry-out. That worked a few times, but last night it was the usual crap up there. I was quoted a time of 7:05 for pick-up, which was 40 minutes compared to the usual 15-20 minute quote. That's fine, it's Friday night. I get it. But when I walked in at 7:08, there was a long line of people and nobody getting served. The man in front of me was in line to order a carry-out pizza. He ordered one pizza box and was told it would take "at least an hour" for it to be ready. By the time I got through the line it was another 10 mintues past my pick-up time, but I was told it would probably be another 20+ minutes before my order was ready. Due to previous experiences with this pathetic Pizza Hut, I knew that most likely they would just keep telling me that over and over again, so I canceled the order. I was given a sarcastic-toned, "I'm sorry, but we got a bunch of orders at once so we had to change the times." Yes well, if you have to change the times then you should be telling that to the customers before they drive in to pick the damned pizzas up. I ordered pizza for dinner because I'd worked 11hrs and had hungry children at home. This constant scenario at this Pizza Hut is absolutely unacceptable. Get it together, Pizza Hut.
If you want homemade pizza from scratch, including sauce, dough, and fresh cut veggies then this is the place!!! Been eating here for 7 years!
