Horrible experience at the Ntelos at Lakeside in Roanoke last week. I went in because my phone wouldn't charge and the only person in there was a big, black lady with very short hair. She was not helpful at all, she told me I am not able to upgrade and threw her hands up like she didn't know what else to do. So I had to ask her (instead of her giving me other options) about having it fixed and she said she'd have to put a ticket in and made it sound like it would take a long time. I walked out of there amazed and at a loss for words at that horrible customer service experience. Also when I walked in she was alone, no customers, her music on her computer was blaring and the store was a mess.Ntelos customer service over the phone and online is just as bad. It takes them at least 48 to email you back. After their customer service messing up over the phone with me I just contacted Credo Mobile and got a iphone and a cheaper plan with them, and they will pay up to $350 in transfer fees.I will not be an ntelos customer again and will make sure to tell everyone I know how horrible they are.
