I contacted Dave Bonesteel at Pella in Roanoke recently about purchasing a couple of replacement windows for our home. One was a large domed window in a difficult to install location. Dave was extremely helpful in advising the type and color windows we needed, along with providing a detailed estimate of the cost -- including installation. The installation team from Pella did a tremendous job in less than ideal conditions. They were professional, thorough, and fastidious in cleaning up when they completed the job. I'll be contacting Dave again next year when we're ready to replace additional windows.
