Les Cheveux Salon and Day Spa

DO NOT USE!! Went in, told stylist I wanted RED hair (I've dyed my own hair red SEVERAL times in the past). Stylist not only IGNORED what I wanted, but was VERY rude and made several inappropriate comments. My hair looked EXACTLY the same as when I went in and I left in tears. When I called back, the manager's only solution was to offer to highlight my hair (I didn't want highlights) and to try to get me to use the SAME stylist (if they didn't do it right the FIRST time why would I want them to touch my hair again?)!

Ended up going back the next day to talk to the owner. He didn't even listen to MY side of the story. I was pretty much told, "You can have your money back, get lost." NEVER given an apology or allowed to tell my side of what happened. I will NEVER go back there again! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
