James Blankenship came out on short notice as I thought we may have a carbon monoxide problem. The good news is we did not have a problem but James thoroughly tested various areas in the house, inspected the furnace and found a completely unrelated item with the furnace itself and took care of it under warranty. We have been customers of Woods since buying the house 20 years ago and recommend them without reservation.
Had my heat and air replaced. Was giving an estimate but the job was done cheaper than the estimate.! On-time friendly service.No complaints here!
I thought we needed to replace our system and had Woods come out to give us an estimate.. But upon further inspection the tech determined that the unit could be fixed at very little cost compared to replacement... A+++
Very pleased with Fresh Air Solutions. They did a great job of getting rid of a gamey animal smell coming through from my attic. Prompt, professional and friendly service, very reasonable price! I will definitely call them again when I need duct cleaning, or other related services.
I manage more than 50 rental properties in the area. And thru the years i have TRIED more than 10 other Heating companies all of the big names and none compare to the Professionalism honesty and expertise that this company has provided. If you want the best then call Woods. They get it fixed the first time for a fair price !!!!!
We had only been in our new house for about three weeks when the AC went out. Just before Woods arrived I spoke with some friends and we determined it was the capacitor. I priced the capacitor at a local HVAC supply store, it was $10. Rather than replace it myself I decided to let the professionals take care of it. Woods charged $89 for the trip fee and $171 for the capacitor. $171 for a $10 part. If that isn't price gouging I don't know what is.
Great company. You can drop off what you want cleaned or they can pick them up and return them. They are very fast and friendly. They will also clean cushions. We had them clean the cushions at our meditation center. They look like new!
Bought a house with the Woods label on the Heating and A/C unit. Called their number and they were very polite and fixed the problem quick. They had the parts in stock and the install specialist was friendly and knowledgable.
I live in a rented townhouse. I called Cundiff Service Company because the second floor of the townhouse is not cooling enough. I told my landlord, I would pay for someone to come out, look at the A/C and diagnose, what ever the problem is. She would need to cover the actual repairs.When I called Cundiff's, they would not talk to me because they only deal with theowners.When I told my landlord, she said she would call and make an appointment. The appointment was made for a time and date, I could not be present. So my landlord met a employee named Rxxxxr Wxxxxt. When I came home I found a bill for $59.00 with a note saying there is nothing wrong with the A/C. The only thing wrong listed was: Checked system found all good. But filter was stopped up, did not any new ones. Customer to replace.* Note Doors upstairs should be left open to cool those floors Better.(that is exactly how it was written) I almost forgot, the bill said he was here for 15 minutes.What the Cundiff employee and my land lord did not know was: I replaced the filter 3 weeks ago. I only close the upstairs doors when I am not home because I have a dog.The problem is not the new filter, I put in 3 weeks ago and the problem is not doors being closed. So it is going to cost me $59 for some guy, who obviously can't even tell if a filter needs to be changed, to tell me, there is nothing wrong with the A/C and I have to open up doors to cool my home. Then I will have to find and pay, a real A/C company to come out and find the real reason the 2nd floor of the townhouse is NOT COOLING. Did Cundiff's employee think I am making up the fact of not enough cool air is coming upstairs? I wouldn't recommend Cundiff's Service Company to change the filter in my fish tank, they obviously do not have a clue what they are doing.
They were very nice and on time. I got to see in the vents before and after on their camera and screen- wow what a difference. They also did a very nice job on cleaning my family room carpet (it was a mess)
