I bought a car from Blue Ridge Auto Sales, a 2013 Nissan Sentra. I did buy it "As Is" but the mechanic there was a friend of the families and was told to bring the car back with any issues at the time of purchase. Within the first week, I noticed the vehicle was leaking in the back seat and the truck and there was a rubber molding missing from the roof. I took my vehicle back several times and was told they would order the part. On the third trip to Blue Ridge Auto Sales, I was told to just order it from the junkyard and they would pay for it. I ordered the part it was about $50 so I didn't make a big deal about it until the next few days I noticed my trunk was leaking still. I went to Blue Ridge Auto Sales on Friday 9/14/18 and they did not see the leak but told me to put a towel down and come back when we could see where the leak was. I was reimbursed for the $50 part but I stilI have a leaking trunk. I go back today with a soaking wet towel and no one is there that can help me. One of the gentlemen told me he would make an appointment and let me know when it would be repaired. I didn't hear anything back so I called the Martin Abdul Sales Manager, that I bought the vehicle from and has known of this issue from day one. He told me that he would not help me anymore and that I just kept coming down there to get stuff. He told me not to call him again and hung up on me. I do not want anything but for my vehicle to be fixed as promised from this company.

I bought my Honda civic from here and they did everything they could to accomadate me. I had to walk there and they picked me up. They waived the processing fee. There was a dent in the front and it needed it's a.c. fixed and they did it for free. When my motor mount needed a replacement they took care of me.

If there was ever a time when I needed understanding, and consideration, it would have been recently when hardship fell upon my family due to reasons beyond our control. But because of the quality care and service my family and I received from Bills Auto, I was able to keep and maintain a new job I had just started and was in desperate need of transportation and take my wife back in forth to doctor's appointments due to a major car accident she was in. Bills Auto met me in the thick of winter when I needed a friend the most. I will forever be grateful and appreciative of their trust, consideration and on time services. Bought a vehicle from them and in less a month vehicle broke down. Called them and none of the sales associates would give us their name, no one knew who their supervisor was and when pressed to provide their information they would hang up on us. Have numerous conversations recorded where they flat out lied. What's worst is they messed up the title transfer and we have been trying to get them to fix it for the last 3 months, but again they hang up on you when you call. How this company is still in business is beyond me and someone needs to report this dealership to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Fraud Protection Agency. Bad management, poor customer service, no idea how to handle paperwork you name it and they are poor at it. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
