Just purchased a beautiful Audi from Blue Ridge Auto Sales. Pristine condition, runs great, and amazing price. Nicest people in the business. By far THE BEST car purchasing experience ever. Everyone was so kind, informative, honest, accommodating, and hospitable. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
My husband and I purchased a 2002 Explorer 5-27-2017 and the price and condition of the vehicle was above our expectations. We were treated with the upmost respect. The owner and his staff are very friendly and help you with all your questions. They gave us a great price, a great vehicle and even washed and cleaned it before we took it off the lot. The owner even gave us 50.00 to put gas in. What a deal. Many thanks.
What a nightmare! The car is a train wreck and now I have to litigate to return it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. And BBB gives them an F rating. I should have done my homework.
My daughter purchased a used bike several months ago. She got a great deal and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the paperwork on the bike, and Jeff called us personally to fill her in on the issues. The professionalism and sincerity from Jeff and everyone at the dealer couldn't be beat. Jeff took control of the issue, was extremely generous with a solution, and in the end, my daughter walked away very happy and completely satisfied without exception. This dealer is 150 miles one way from us, and we will go back there again for our next purchase. I almost traded in my old bike, but the one I was interested in was already sold! Thank you Jeff and all the folks that made my daughters potentially terrible experience a shining example on how you folks take care of your customers. And if this is how you satisfy your used bike customers, I'll be back down buying my next new bike! I did like that Ultra!
Very poor dealership bad customer service and everyone there acts luke they hate their job avoid this dealership at all costs...i am not angry or mad but people/customers need to be treated with respect and know that this is a bad choice when looking to buy a Honda...sorry but its the truth
The most unethical service department of any dealership in the valley. My 79 year old father took his 1999 Accord in for a "free" state inspection. At that time the car was in perfect mechanical condition with around 100,000 miles. Technician rejected the car for cracked engine mounts, according to the Va. state police this is not on the list for inspection and certainly not cause for rejection. My father agreed to have the repairs made, after picking up the car he did not get 5 miles from the dealership when the check engine light came on and the transmission started slipping. After returning to the dealership and inspecting the car they stated the transmission needed rebuilding. Remember this was a perfectly functioning car prior to the state inspection. No attempt was made by the dealership to take ownership of these issues and my father is left with a malfunctioning car. Sad part is this is the second time the dealer taken advantage of an elderly man. My father also had a "free" state inspection done on his 2003 Oddessy van and was threatened with rejection for cracked engine mounts. I have been using Rick Woodson myself for 17 years. We purchased two Accords and put 250,000 plus miles on both and servicing was done exclusively by Rick Woodson and must say the quality of service has deteriorated. In the future I will be buying from Duncan....
got out off my old better, asked about something around 10/12 grand, the guy looked at me like I couldn't afford crap! I wouldn't buy nothing from these ??? They get your money-?....good luck!
