I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I took my vehicle in on January 3rd to complete a radio install that I had attempted at home. I had just used a Crutchfield wire harness that plugs into the current harness however I could not push it in all the way and I did not feel comfortable cutting anything out of my vehicle. So I took it here and he used a little Sawzall to cut out whatever he cut out claiming that he knew what he was doing on a new Beetle however it is very apparent at this point that he does not. After he was finished my turn signals and hazard lights stopped working and my father and I found a blown fuse after we got home and realized that they were not working and replaced it however that did not fix the problem. I scheduled an appointment to have them look at it and he would not let us in the garage while he did so however after he was done looking at it he let my father come down to look in the place where you install the radio in the dash and my father did not see any cut wires at that time. However many months later because I'm on disability I took my car to Carmine's import service in Kernersville North Carolina which by the way is an awesome place to go if you have an imported vehicle and they noticed that he had cut the caution light harness almost all the way through so they had to repair the harness. All I asked was to be reimbursed for the cost but he refused to answer my Facebook messages or phone calls. The total cost was around $325 to have it repaired. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I highly recommend going to Audiotronics as they know what they are doing.
Dan is a great guy! Honesty is the best policy and he is an honest guy. Ive had excellent service. Ty
Tore headliner while tinting windows, refused to fix it. Also left debris on one window and tinted over it....
