It is a decent company, it doesn't differ from other temp agencies to much. However, their staff is wonderful and has helped me numerous times in finding a job quickly and resolving any issues I may of had. They also remember who I am and that is very much not common of temporary staffing agencies. They have a clause when you sign up, like every other temporary staffing agency that I have seen, that states when you quit a job or are fired from a job, your pay for that paycheck is decreased to minimum wage. This is fair because you have people who will work for two days and then quit because the job is to hard, or for whatever other reason they deem appropriate. The clause helps employers who trust Falcon keep their faith. If every other employee came in and quit a day later no one would hire from Falcon. Most of the reviews I have seen on this site claiming that Falcon cheated them, or wronged them in some way, quit early and decided to trash them online.
Falcon is a very respectable agency, and I have no regrets coming to them for work.
It is amazing the owner, Dave does not read reviews or, if he does, care about how his two front desk employees treat the very folks making both he and they money. It's a very simple concept. They make several dollars an hour from each and every employees hard work. Their service: They advertise cheap labor to the company's, those wishing not to pay full wages, then keep a few dollars per hour of the workers hard earned hourly wage. You still fill out your own application and go to your interview, nothing you wouldn't do in your own job search.
So, maybe you're having trouble finding work, desperate and down on your luck, you decide to use a staffing agency. I'm going to guess, the last thing you need encounter is the two faces of Falcon Staffing talking down to you and frankly, just as rude as the many reviews across many sites I've found personally. Wow! Dave, do you care at all about the company you run in Roanoke, TX? Is this how you wish to be represented? Cursing ignorant employees who speak down to folks they do not know who are merely seeking honest work for honest wages? These are the very people who make you money! Demand your front end employees treat each and every one of them with the very respect you expect, as do the two woman who represent YOUR company. It is well understood that each employee is in fact an employee of Falcon and not the companies they are assigned to yet, does it excuse the treatment, the verbal abuse, or the belittling of again, the very people who are earning both you, and your two disgruntled employees money?
It pleases me to see the flood of poor reviews across every website. It pains me to know a member of our business community here in Roanoke represents our home as your company does. Be a man and stand up to your employees, both named Traci, and demand they treat people, and speak to them with the very respect we all deserve. Treat them as the true assets we both know they are.
If you are fluent with any religion, you well know this is a completely unacceptable way to treat fellow man.
If any portion of my review is in question, I challenge anyone to search this company and read the first page of reviews in their browser. "Rude" is the first and most frequent description one will find. I would be ashamed and embarrassed if that was my company. In fact, I'm embarrassed to share and serve the same community!
Do not waste your time with this company they will find some way to take your last check from you and the person that is running the office is very rude I called them to tell them that I would no longer be working for them they did not pick up the phone so I left the message on her answering machine they claim they did not get it when I went to pick up my check they told me we will mail it to you next week because you did not go by their rules I repeat do not work with this agency at all or you will be sorry if you see the reviews something must be up with them they're like the mob they give you something and take more from you like yo gas money to get back and forth to their job it is signed to you
After 2 years of working for falcon i get jury duty on a Monday and forget to call falcon to tell them (i let my job know and showed them the letter). I find out on that Wednesday that i can't go back because i didn't call falcon which wasn't the worst part. Traci was very snide when telling me they took 200 dollars from my check because they say i broke one of their rules. I always thought Traci was okay, just a little rough around the edges. I'd always come in with a smile to get my check. Now i know. she is evil. DO NOT GO TO FALCON STAFFING. TRY TMD TEMPORARIES OR CORNERSTONE STAFFING IN KELLER OR STAFFMARK WHICH HAS RELOCATED TO ALLIANCE AREA
Can't beleave this woman is still working is she sleeping with the owner or something because you can't treat people like this and stay in business she's got some of the worst reviews and the lowest customer service skills I've ever seen in my life and guess what I was just asking for directions lady please start taking your meds
They are very rude. I called to find out why I hadn't yet received my W-2 and was informed it had been mailed, if I wanted a copy, i would have to send a self address envelope. When I tried to tell this rude lady name LISA, it was FALCON'S responsibility to get my W-2 out, she basically told me the conversation was over and hung up the Phone. Needless to say I still haven't received my W-2.

I was interested in applying for this agency for a job, the moment I went on-line with them I noticed there were three reviews written on them, I normally do not refer to them however this could not have been more acurate. I called falcon to see if I could apply on-line I was greeted by a rude lady on the phone, I preceeded to ask if I could apply on-line, my one and only answer NOPE,of course I just hung up the phone DONT WASTE UR TIME WITH THIS AGENCY??????
