C & W Florists

I did receive a flower arrangement, but it was not like what I described as what I wanted on the phone. It was also extremely overpriced for what quality of flowers were used. The flowers started turning brown within 24 hours after I received it. I emailed C & W and told them I was not satisfied with the flowers and explained my reasons, and I have gotten no response back after over a week. This company claims that they want you to be satisfied. but they do not mean it. If you order something from this company and you are unhappy with it, expect to just be ignored with no effort to rectify the situation. If you want a flower arrangement, I would go with someone else who stands by their work.

C&W has lots of items when you are in the store but when you try to purchase an item they are very rude and won't go that extra mile for the customer. I'm located in Greensboro, NC and when I inquired about delivering to an area 25 miles away, the owner stated they did and gave me the cost but also a mouth full about why it's such a hastle. If it's such a hastle why will you deliver there then?
