Terrible AND Horrible Place to send a person you Love , they ARE ALWAYS short handed , A couple of the Veterans of War were even neglected and pretty much ignored when I was there , Facility not paying attention to people not eating their dinner , ( Not enough staff feeding people whom cannot feed themselves ) ! A Nightmare! they also had the nerve to place a a banner summer f 2018 outside with medicare multiple star rating ! As I said before A Nightmare !

Terrible place. They don't care about your loved one they only care about your money. In my opinion, they made my father much worse, without getting into the gruesome specifics of the care he received. I strongly would not recommend this place

My husband had a stroke, he has been in many facilities. Some had good care some had very poor car. At Rivergate Terrace he is getting exceptional care in every are possible. Thank you for caring about my husband as an individual, and as a person with many needs. You are doing a GREAT job in every area possible. BEING AWAY FROM HIM IS HARD, BUT i know his need's are being met. God Bless all of you.
