Urgent Care Center

A complete waste of time and money. My daughter went here with extreme lower, left sided back pain. She presented my insurance card to the registrar and was told that my insurance has a deductible (however it clearly states a $40 co pay on the front of the card for URGENT CARE). They would not see her without her paying a $100 up front. She was also told if she needed further testing they would require more money. How can you adequately diagnose a patient without testing unless you have x-ray vision. Once she was seen, she was told what she was feeling and not asked. No scans or blood work was done. She was tested for a UTI which the test came back neg, however she was still given antibiotics and sent away still in extreme pain. Since they didnt help her, she ended up visiting the ER to be told she has kidney stones. What a waste of money and aggravation! A nurse shouldnt be telling a patient what they feel. If your patient says "ouch that hurts when you touch it" that means it hurts!

Where do I begin? My daughter went there in Jan '15 with shortness of breath, fatigue, and dizziness. A young African American woman saw her and diagnosed her with anxiety and gave her Zanax. In Feb '15 she died from viral congestive heart failure. Don't put your life in their hands!!

WORST URGENT CARE IN THE AREA!! DO NOT GO HERE! The one star is only because I couldn't choose none! This clinic is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of walking into. The staff is rude and incompetent. They are also liars and completely money hungry, having absolutely no interest in actually helping people. I was denied a refill on an antibiotic and was told I'd have to be seen again (charged again,) even though I had just finished the first round and it had not completely cleared up my strep. Thanks, but no thanks, I'll pay a REAL doctor this time.

Quick to see me, everyone was nice, the doctor was kind and empathetic to my concerns, I was in, treated and out in an hour. I would totally recommend this place.
