Went to reception window, two ladies looked at me and did not acknowledge me. I stood in front of them and waited about 5 minutes before one of them told me, I will be with you in a few minutes.
The lady asked for an insurance card, I told her I had Tricare and gave her my military ID. She told me she still needed an insurance card. I stated that I did not have one. Rudely she tried to tell me that she needed something from me. I told her that I was going somewhere else. Courteous people is a must when welcoming patients. "BEWARE of this office"
