Elite Spa & Nail

I get my nails done all the time. Usually takes me 1.5 to 2 hours to get pedi and full set. I went here and they are so rude. Also 3 hours later my toes still were not done. They had too many people and not enough workers. So I would have to wait while my tech finished other people. I left without a full pedicure after 3 hours. What a joke.

I was a first time customer looking for a nail tech close to home, just to get a fill and french polish. I called Nail Spa and asked for the best nail tech. Cristina recommended Lisa. Lisa told me she will make sure that I will return once she does my nails. Well....that was true, 3 days later I returned. After 2 days my nail had broken off at the corner and the polish on another nail chipped. Lisa does not work Sundays so I called first thing Monday morning and explained to her the problem. She told me to come in and she will fix it.



I went after work, LIsa looks at the nails and starts to fix the chipped polish but she blames me for breaking the other nail and tells me she can't fix my broken nail because it's not her job. (REALLY????) She asked me "How am I suppose to fix?" I told her; you fix by filling it. I was upset. She told me she will fix now but that I need to go else where to get my nails done. She did not want my business. She told me to go across the street to another Nail salon next to Sweet bay. Lisa at Nail Spa in Riverview was very unprofessional and rude. She wanted to charge me for a broken nail and I didn't want to pay her for a job that only lasted 2 days. I have been going to ProNails in Carrolwood for 13 years with no problems at all. The only reason I was looking for a new place is due to relocating. I highly suggest you DO NOT use Lisa.
