He came out was over a hour late, and done a very poor and cheap job, when I called him back to talk to him about the problem i was still haveing he wanted to charge again to come out, I explained he had just been there 2 weeks prior and did not take care of the problem, he told me if I didnt like his was of doing things call someone else. While at the home, he took it upon hisself to use the restroom with out even asking. was very rude and overall not very professional.
Would not recommend or ever use again.

Alafia pest control is an awesome company to work with and I am glad that I used their services. I found him (Gene) very polite and responsive to my texts which probably seemed a little frantic at times. Due to the fact that he tented our business we has some issues with timing and such but he was a real pro with communicating with me. Did I wish that we didn't have termites? Yes, however he was one of the better quotes with some really good testimonials and a nice guarantee so he made made my unfortunate situation more bearable. Thanks Alafia!!

Not happy with the service at all!!!!! He came to our house 2 times the 1st time was great. The 2nd time it was raining out and he came and sprayed the inside of our house and said he would return to do the outside of our house in a few days. He took my check of course and NEVER returned. When my husband called he said he was sorry and would come out on a day I had off and of course NEVER showed. I will never use his service again!!!

I have had Alafia Termite and Pest for over 5 years now. The service is reliable and prompt. They completely treat the exterior and walls (tubing) every time. If there are other problems those are appropriately treated too. If there are any problems that occur between normal treatments they make a special visit to treat the problem. It is great to live in a termite and pest free house. Thanks Alafia!

Gene is phenomenal. He is very professional and personable. His work is outstanding and he will always back it up! His rates are great and overall I couldn't be more pleased with my choice for him as an exterminator. We used him for the entire time we were stationed in Tampa Bay. Fantastic. Couldn't say enough good things about his work!
