I have been a client of Unik for several years (Kaity is the best)I was just in there on Saturday 3/11/17 (Kaity was busy so i could not have her) and got a full set of acrylics put on. they are already lifting, they aren't even, and it was not a good service at all. I had to leave right after so I didn't have the time or ability to complain about my service, but for everything I had done including my toes painted, $53 was totally overpriced. Not a happy customer.
I visited d'amico hair lounge as a treat to myself for my birthday. I requested Jessica because I had read some of the reviews about her online. Eve…
I have just become acquainted with Dawn, the owner, over the past several weeks. The studio is absolutely amazing. The services offered are so won…
I went in the shop today as usual on my day off and I would like everyone to know that my experience today was AWESOME, I had the nail specialist by the name of Diami, very pleasant, friendly, and it was just an overall AWESOME experience, normally when I go to this shop Ms. Yen the owner usually takes care of me whom by the way is GREAT. I think anyone in the area stop in and ask for Diami, you will feel the same once your visit is complete. Thanks FOXY NAILS , Alison
DO NOT GO HERE! My boyfriend & I went today & got normal manicures & pedicures. Price listed was $30 for the manicure & pedicure combo. We told them MULTIPLE times REGULAR manicure & REGULAR pedicure. They asked my boyfriend "Doesn't this smell good?" It was a scrub & he said yes & they used it on us. We had no idea this meant they were giving him a "Deluxe" pedicure due to this scrub that smelled good. They said nothing about upcharging even though we stated REGULAR many times. Then they asked if he wanted it buffed (which every place we've ever been to buffs his nails for the price of the pedicure) & he said yes. They upcharged for that. A $60 outing ended up being $90. They upcharged the price of an entire pedicure & manicure for a buff & a scrub that smelled good with no warning until we got the check. I will NEVER come to this place again. Last time I received a HORRIBLE manicure but gave them another chance because the guy seemed new. Big mistake. They are robbers.
Please check out my yelp account for full detail.Owner sent me hateful private message in regards to a situation, in which he was not present during the time of incident
Worst experience ever. I went in yesterday 10/24 to get my eyebrows waxs and the tech was completely rude was not listening to anything i was trying to tell her about doing my eyebrows. After she messed it up i requested someone else to fix it and she started talking trash about me while i was still in the room and no one cared about my horrible experience and no one was trying to make it better. Needless to say i WILL NEVER GO BACK. WORST EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND THEY WILL MESS YOU UP AND TALK ABOUT YOU WHILE YOU'RE STILL IN THE ROOM.
I'd give it a negative rating if I could. My husband bought me a gift certificate for our anniversary. When I used it, the lady didn't speak English. My pedicure was awful and only lasted just shy of 20 minutes. She cut me in 2 places, my nails are crooked and the next day 4 of my toes started to swell and became inflamed. I dont think complaining would do any good and I wouldn't go back, I'd only want a refund. This place was terrible! !
This place is awful. Not only is the owner/staff rude and unprofessional, they rip customers off with their pricing (which I believe is the goal considering they fail to offer a price list for service), I recently visited this establishment for a basic fill-in on a set of acrylic nails (no gel, just acrylic), and they purposely overcharged me. I should have known something was up when the young lady who did my nails kept trying to offer me gel and I continued to turn her down. Funny things, is my acrylic fill-in ended up costing the same amount as she told me the gel nails would cost, which is even stranger because it is also the same price as a full set. So I am confused as to how an acrylic fill-in can cost the same amount as a full set of gel nails?? And when I asked after receiving my total, neither of the two owners/staff members could tell me the cost of an acrylic fill-in, they just stuck together and continued to repeat the price listed on the ticket. It wasn't until the lady finished my nails that I realized that there was no price listing displayed, however I assumed it would be too bad given the usual price for an average acrylic fill-in, but I was wrong, I eneded up paying the price of a full set of gel nails. I should have known something was up when she kept offering me gel three of four times, and then at the end offered to do my eyebrows. Is business slow or money short that they feel the need to rip people off, if they continue to operate this way they will continue to customers because I certainly WON'T be returning, and will be contacting NIC as well as the Florida Licensing Board. I do not appreciate being ripped off nor do I how they would converse with one another in their native tongue while they were supposed to be assisting me with the pricing issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!
Went there to get my eyebrows done after the owner was done she never showed me the final product. She charged me $5 and I left a tip. I came home to a half missing eyebrow. Very disappointed at her lack of work ethic and honestly forever avoid a shady place like this!
First I want to see how slow everyone is in the salon, they cannot do nails and they are overpriced. I paid $67 for a pedi/gel mani,it wouldn't have been a big deal if they could do nails I asked her if she can they do round she said yes and did square with the worst round version I ever saw!!!
Poor customer service. ...I've been going to this business for the last 5 months the girl who started doing my nails was great and I really appreciate that she did a good job and she had a great communication and customer service but everything changed after she left, the other day I sat for 45 minutes and no one even care about doing my nails the rudest part is that they speak their native language well if you are in the United States and you're dealing with American customers you need to speak English. You need to update the people there are waiting how much longer they have to wait and also you need to show a smile. For you Anthony who is the business owner your reviews at the other website don't even matter to me why because the customers always have to reason if you don't care and all you care is about cursing to customers.... I'm telling you something, I don't care if you been doing this for 20 years of your business one day we'll go down. About 2 weeks ago on a Sunday I saw the cops standing in front of a business apparently something serious happened people were standing outside looking inside. I wonder is it the right place to go and relax and do your nails? let me tell you people don't spend your money there its a waste don't even go there no more. -100
