Great customer service, super friendly, food was prompt and delicious aswell and it was CLEAN! Best experience at a Dairy Queen Ever! Hopefully the system they are using becomes infectious and leaks into surrounding ones.
Obviously under new management, staff was very friendly and even brought our food out to us. Place was clean and there was always someone walking around taking care of customers.
Under New Management, Great New Look, Great Customer Service, Great Food !!! The Employees go out of their way to be helpful, Bringing the food to the tables and even coming back by after the meal to pick up any trash. Manager came out to see how we where doing. Very Friendly Family Environment !!!
This place use to be the definition of Quality. Today was not just a mistake but a disaster. My flamer throwers were burnt<<< ya i know right funny .. not really. My Mega dog was the wrong order I got a miny chilly dog instead... thanks cashier lady. My sweet tea was not sweet at all it was bitter tea.. didnt ask for bitter tea ty.. .. You guys destroyed my families experience .. I dont know if you guys got rid of Joshua James... the manager.. but the new one you guys got is trash and doesnt knwo what they are doing... find someone else.. you knwo what i got on better... We eat dairy weekly... guess dairy will lose that money from now on.. ty for the past quality amazing experience.. but never more good bye.
Order board speakers are so loud you have to roll up car window..food comes out fast but either wrong or burned...waitress give attitude when you dont tip..food is already over priced..but not tipping to hand me a bag of food.
Why is it when you order ice cream products they let them sit. I saw orders after mine get filled and leave before my banana split was completely melted. I'll just go back to Dairy Queen.07/03/16 Tried again, now this order almost cost $17.50. What happened to 1/2 priced drinks?, the order board has no prices on the Blasts, and when you try to change your order it totally confused them.
