May Nails is extremely rude to new customers. I want to explain the experience that I had with my daughter and niece in May Nails. When we arrived one of the workers greeted us as if we were bothering them. All of us wanted to get our nails done and it was my 8-year-old daughters first time doing a pedicure and she was nervous about it. I told the lady that it was her first time and as soon as she started my daughter flinched and the worker was impatient turned around and said “she doesn’t want to do it.” She wasn’t kind or nice or tried to tell my daughter about how it was going to be but was very impatient. After the remark, immediately she went over to a different person and started working on them. My daughter started crying because she wanted to get her feet done but they refused to do it. No one in May Nails wanted to help her. I would have left but my niece was getting her nails done. My 12-year-old niece was supposed to get a full design on every nail for an upcharge of $5.00 for the design. After they did the flower on one finger, the worker stated that they couldn’t do the design on every finger because her fingernails were too short (they did the flower on the pinky and turned out good) and they refused to do the rest. At Checkout, they charged an extra $5.00 for the design even though they didn’t do the full design set. After this they demanded a tip. Because of how rude they were to my 8-year-old and to us in general they didn’t get a tip. TIPS = To Insure Proper Service. We did NOT get the proper service. I don’t know where the good reviews come from (they could have made them up themselves) but my experience in this salon was horrible. I will never go back to them. They lost a customer for life. I would not recommend any person to go to this salon, pick a different one for your sake and others.
After Moving to Kansas back in 2009 I became very very picky with my nails. Only went to one salon in Kansas until I moved back in Feb of 2016. I have not found a good enough nail salon unit today! I'm so so glad I gave them a chance. And Rose did such a wonderful job. I can not wait to go back when I need a fill!!!
Been going there for a couple of years now, I live in Murray, I drive there cause it is well worth the drive. Bella is the best for getting out ingrown toenails I struggle with those but they have got better since.going to her. It's a very relaxing enjoyable place to go.
I went In an immediately got in seriously no waiting, that has never happened. They are great and took there time, I will only go there now. They have a frequent visit punch pass after 10 visits 10 off.
Great salon, the mani and pedi's are very good, staff is super friendly, very clean (unlike some others I've tried). Excellent selection of colors and designs. The staff are all very patient with children. Great prices, I frequent them often!
I have been coming here for about 11 years. They are the best you'll ever find. There is always new styles to choose from or they can create one just for you. Your imagination is the limit. Not that this isn't enough but you can also count on your nails never yellowing and lasting between fills. Just recently I went just over 7 weeks between fills and all my nails were still in tact with no lifting. You can't get that anywhere else. I could go on and on about how wonderful they are. Take the time to go see for yourself you won't regret it. I WON'T go anywhere else! My 11 years and counting of dedication should speak for itself.
Amazing service and they do the best nail art on the planet! I have been coming here for several years and they are a cut above in the valley. They use the best products and are very conscientious and clean.
