Horrible service! Managers are not knowledgable of their own return policies or procedures. I had an item to exchange that was a gift. 4 different people told me that I had 54.99$ to exchange. It took me 2 hours to find something because the store is so unorganized and merchandise it never where it supposed to be which made it difficult to find an exact item that is $54.99. After the 2 hours trying to find an item, I waited in line for 5 min and was told I was not able to exchange the item because the 4 associate and the manager did not price check the item which was now priced at $21.99 which that was the price I had to exchange. After this experience I will never shop here again!!
