I normally don't have much of a problem with this franchise, but today I, and another stranger I overheard, have had some sort of issue with the staff here. The fellow who I overheard didn't get the right sandwich, I myself, was shorted 70 cents. Not necessarily a big deal, but the cashier hesitated to give me my 45.70 back in change. I saw on the ticket that was my change, but she proceeded to give me just the 45. This is infuriating for one reason. The simple principle that your too lazy to do your job. They lost business from me because the manager doesn't understand she needs to manage, more than service.

this mcdonalds continually has cold fries but today was rediculas my 20 piece chicken nuggets were cold and hard I'm not going back there one to many chances and they act like they don't care I'm reoprting them to the health department the manager seemed put off when I called to report my complaint very unhappy customer
DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. THEIR CURBS ARE NOT UP TO CODE. THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT WILLING TO HELP OR EVEN TREAT YOU LIKE A PERONS. THE REGIONAL MANAGER WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME AFTER I WAS UPSET OF HOW THE MANAGER CODY TREATED ME AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE, OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. MY FRONT BUMPER WAS RIPPED OFF BY THEIR CURB THAT STANDS OUT 3 FEET FROM THE ORIGINAL CURB AND THE REBARS ARE STICKING OUT. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN TRIED TO BE NICE TO ME AND SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO TO HELP ME... I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ONE AND WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS GO TO THIS ONE. GO TO THE ONE OFF 12600 SOUTH. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE THEY WANT TO BE TREATED. THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE....
