Avid video poker /KENO player, mostly .25 machines. This casino has the "WORST" video and even worse with their selection of KENO machines. They now have taken the KENO off the poker machines and turned them into one-line machines that you will spend 100.00 and guarantee that not to re coupe a single hit over 5 coins. Word to the WISE if you like playing video poker or KENO STAY away from this casino period. Maybe the slot manager will get the message that when you walk in and see almost all the machines empty something is WRONG....

You have to try the spa! My husband and I make it a point at least once a month to treat our self's the last time we went I received the body polish WONDERFUL WONDERFUL! My husband received the hot stone massage also Wonderful! We also stay the night the rooms are very clean beds are comfortable and I love the shower. Food is also great Terrace buffet awesome love the waffles and Crazy Olives makes a yummy pizza! Customer service is top notch staff always friendly.

I stayed her recently to celebrate my wife's birthday and this place is horrible. I did not receive the room I had reserved and was told that since they ran out of the rooms I had reserved there was nothing they could do for me. I was then transferred to the manager who I left a message for (since they did not answer) and never received a call back. Bad customer service means I will never waste my money here again. The rooms looked nice enough, but the beds are hard as a rock and the walls are paper thin. Do not waste your money staying here!

I play atleast twice a month and the biggrst I have ever won is $200. This is playing 200 - 400. Not worth it. Ameristar seems to be loosening up.
