Horrible...Horrible...Horrible..The WORST PLACE TO LIVE.. ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN..I AGREE WITH ALL REVIEWS.. The Managers Will smile all happy when you first move but give it a few months an your screwed.... My family was put through hell.. Unlike the neighbors we lived around we like to be outside, And Thats pretty much against the rules here.. The neighbors seem to not care for people of a different race other than their own.. Our kids couldnt play outside unless they were quiet.. And Quite like if you were in a meeting quiet.. So its ridiculous here.. Also if your the type of people who enjoy visits from family an friends then FORGET IT.. You will be accused of any little stupid thing just to get written up.. Moral of my Story.. DONT MOVE HERE.. THEY SHOULD HAVE A "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK" Sign outside on the wall of Village Riverside..
A living nightmare place to live!! The place has totally gone downhill. Management is worthless and does nothing to resolve major problems.
Hahahaha. I thought I was the only one who felt that there are demonic spirits in the park. People are unhappy living there. Home renters are more flexible to move but the Mobile home owners are stuck. I would not give this park a star if it was not the minimum requirement to rate this park. If you are thinking of purchasing a home there, don't even think. If you plan to rent a property there, don't even think. The owner and management see tenants as detainees.
For Robert H. You been smoking too much crack because our Park Managers take pride in our park they have taken pride in keeping up our park and it looks so wonderful now. I hope our managers stay with us forever. The old managers did not want to do a thing except smoking and getting paid for doing nothing. So if you do not like our park or managers then move it is simple as that.
I live in Rancho MHC and the R.V. lot has never looked so BAD in the 5 years I have lived here. They raised up the space rent and they wont even cut down the WEEDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A year ago the park was nice, the management was friendly and helpful. They really wanted to make sure everyone had a great place to live. Unfortunately, the previous management was let go and replaced by two of the most unprofessional people in the world. They have to be envovled in every tenants lives, whether the tenants want them too or not. They are the kind of people that feel you owe them for being a resident and they sure don't shy away from letting one know that is how they feel. Unless you want two landlords always on your back, hating everyone and creating problems, by all means, enjoy your stay. If you are the kind of person that enjoys privacy and being treated with respect. Sierra pines is not the place for you. Stay away, far away from Sierra Pines
It's not good if you have kids. The managers and the older people here hate kids. If the manager like you , you and your kids can do whatever you want. If they don't like you the managers (especially Carlos Reyes) are bullies. It is billed as a 'FAMILY" PARK BUT IT'S NOT.
