The place is nice, clean and friendly staff, but honestly, I ordered the Italian beef sandwich and to me it was way too salty, and dry made the bread hard to chew, I asked for extra beef juice and never got it, not the Chicago style beef I was expecting :((((((((,sorry
This company is a joke. I would never recommend them to anybody. They didn't look at the job good enough to find all the moisture in my walls. Cant get in touch with them. They left a mess all over my house. Didnt put runners down to protect my wood floors or carpet. Left white foot prints all over the floor from my bathroom to the front door. Didnt tarp the roof before they started to to the job looking for damage. I have been in construction for 18 years and would never treat a customer or customers house the way they did.
RD Development - Scam, will cheat you! Be warned! Rob Sandoval is a crookOn March 2013, I hired Rob Sandoval (he called his company RD Development) for a concrete driveway, which he completed the job. The workmanship was okay. Turns out that the supply company that he hired for the cement had put a lien against my property because they did not get paid from Rob. I paid Rob in full after competition of the job. He wrote a check to the supply company but it bounced. I'm currently going thru a whole mess. By the way, Rob Sandoval's home is in Corona, CA. I believe he has a wife name Debra Sandoval. Anyone who is planning to do business with this guy, I suggest be warned and be careful! He does shady business!
DO NOT USE!!!Our company did concrete work for RD development. There was not sufficient funds in their account to cover the check they wrote us. Rob lied over and over about making good on it. He uses phony address on his businesses. All around a liar and a cheat. If you are a homeowner, Do not use this company. When he continues to cheat people, it is your house that they will put a lien on to get their money back!
Rob . Hired me . I'm a landscape contractor. To finish to separate properties in menifee . Both homeowners were very frustrated with Rob and wanted to take legal action. Rob Sandoval. With Bella Landscape begged me to finish the projects I purchase several hundred in materials and labor a completed both properties 100 percent. The home owners were very happy I made several attempts to contact Rob for the money owed me. He gave several excuses as to why he didnt have the funds blamed the home owners . I asked the honeower and they commented that paid Rob 100 percent of funds. That was in August . To this day I still have never received and money from Rob. . The funny thing is. Hes not even a contractor . He's a criminal who steals from families. And tells homeowners he's ligit . Beware of Rob Sandoval . He will steal from you. Use you to get things down then hide. These are the type of people I have to bid against . It's a shame and criminal.
On time, friendly, knowledgeable, motivated, honest, reasonable prices. He came ready to replace my garbage disposal, but when he saw it was simply clogged, he unclogged it for a much lower price. Drove to Home Depot for an electrical switch for my ceiling fan as well.
If anyone out there has had dealings with Robert Sandoval or RD Development and have been ripped off please contact the Fontana DA and or the Fontana Police Dept. to file a complaint. There are others that are trying to pursue them from a criminal complaint.
If I could give zero stars I would. This company was contracted to do some work at my house. Their employee stole something from my front yard. I witnessed it myself. When I called their company to discuss the situation the secretary gave me the run around and their employee lied and gave excuses. This is not a reputable company. Do not hire them or your stuff can get stolen too.
Hired RD Development / Rob Sandoval to renovate a rental house including landscaping in early spring 2014. The work was mediocre at best and was beyond the agreed to schedule. The work in the yard was never completed and there was no follow up as promised. As other reviewers have said, he avoids email and phone calls and definitely comes off as dishonest. I think his ad on yellowpages.com may have been new when I hired him, because I see that all of the reviews here are after the date I hired him. Hate to write such a review, but it is truth.
