I called Arsenal Tool to check how long it would take them to calibrate and certify some Matco Torque wrenches. I was told it would take 3-4 business days. Not having to ship these to Matco's Repair & Calibration center seemed like a good deal. So i dropped them off, two weeks passed by and no word. I called and was told I would receive a call back, another entire week went by and no call. I called again and was promsied a call back that day. NO call, I call again following morning and am promised my tools at the end of the day friday (week four at this point) only to have no call. Following monday i visited their office to collect my tools. Ted and a few other workers scramble around looking for my torque wrenches and cannot find them. Ted promised me the torque wrenched delivered to my work that same day by Lunch time (12) His worked shows up at my work by closer to 2PM with my wrenches. I luckly the Snap-On truck hasn't left and we test them on the truck tool to find all three wrenches are off, WAY off. two of them which they claimed where perfect and one which they claimed was broken and needed repairs. so i have a bit of faith and ship them to Angle Repair & Calibration Service in West Virginia (Matco's warranty and certification center) only to find confirmation that the tools are all wrong and will need to be re-calibrated luckily for me the wrench they claimed as broken was not damaged but assembled incorrectly. when i received the calibration paperwork i forwarded to ted only to be told i would not be given a refund due to them being unable to confirm their own paperwork to my paperwork. I will not file a charge back, i only paid for one wrench but I feel that they'll need the $45 more than i will. They have EXTREMLEY unprofessional business practice and unethical business. The entire place is a mess and they have no organisation or customer service skills. if i could give them a zero i would. if you have any equipment you truly care for take it elsewhere.
