Have had nothing but problems at this place. They are very rude and disrespectful. Even when patient with them they are belittling, condescending, and unable to take responsibility for how they treat people. I tried appealing to the supervisor but she had even a worse attitude. They eventually said "I'm sorry YOU feel that way" as if to say "We didn't do anything wrong its you who have the problem". I hate writing these because its important to forgive and not slander anyone for any reason. But, I hope this is objective and communicates a honest review keeping others from facing the same kind of unprofessional and disrespectful experiences that many have had to encounter at this clinic.
long waits the reception is very rude hard to get appointments
It took literally 3 weeks to get an appointment (first time patient)set up the first time I walked in I was told they don't accept walk-ins, staff was not so friendly either so I called to schedule an appointment. Finally I get seen by Doctor Farah M. Almudhafar, worst doctor ever she did not listen to any of my concerns she instead pointed me in a direction that was completely irrelevant to what I was telling her and she would've understood if she would just listen instead of blowing me off. The office is clean and that's the only reason I gave it one star besides the fact that I can't give 0 stars. Other than that worst experience ever.
I was assigned to Dr. Gaskins by Molina HealthCare. I am a diabetic and am on disability due to this. Upon my first visit I informed the intake person and then the doctor that I was a diabetic. At no time did they bother to check my blood sugar levels nor ask me how they had been. I informed the doctor that I needed testing supplies and he assured me he would call in an order. Upon arriving at the pharmacy to pick up my medications I was informed that no order had been placed for supplies. I immediately called the doctor’s office and spoke to a staff member. She assured me that she would speak to the doctor and it would be taken care of. This did not happen. The doctor did order some blood tests and had me schedule a follow up appointment to review the results. When I returned to his office for this return visit, the doctor stated, “I have no idea why they scheduled this appointment for you.” As he was stating this, he was reading my chart. I reminded him that he had sent me for blood work. At this point he stated that my cholesterol was a little high and he was going to prescribe medication. At no time was there any mention of A1C levels and even if he had asked for that test. Also, despite reminding them again that I was a diabetic my blood sugars were not checked during this visit. I once again asked for testing supplies and was assured they would be ordered. Once again, they were not.I eventually had to contact member services and have the issue sent to their escalations team. I was on hold along with the escalations team member for over an hour trying to get through to the doctor’s office. At this time, we terminated our efforts to get through and she said she would follow up. While it took her a day or two to get through, she was finally able to do so and after two months I was able to get my supplies.
I have had lot's of problems trying to get an appointment . the staff first had to change my appointment then they reschudle me 3 weeks later. the day of my schulde appt. i called to comfirm the time and the staff cliamed i didnt have one. the staff member said that she would call me back when she found something open for me , and i asked to speck to a office manager and she came back few momments later and said come in at 3pm which was my original appt. so ether she was full of it . or they just really dont care or she was being lazy ! so im scared to go to a place that staff is lazy.
