I brought in my 2001 Suburban at 2pm on Monday and received an estimated 2 or 3 day turnaround date. On Tuesday morning, at about 10:30 am, I received a call informing me the Suburban was ready. The owner did indicate that some times parts were readily available and that might provide a sooner than forecasted turnaround. I am glad to see the owner knew exactly what he was talking about.Happy customer!
I had taken my truck to another brake shop. The mechanic there had put my calipers on reversed. I had no brakes at all. I took my truck to RCAR.…

This guy a rip off beware he moves from shop to shop his names Juan ricon aka junior...he just pressure washed my trans ...had vehicle for 2 weeks when I got car back I had to hunt him down to get it and it had 500 miles added to odometer...he seems to stay in riverside area in his 30s don't let this guy get u like he got me....I'm in process of courts log against this guy
This place is a joke. Nothing but a bunch of criminals and felons that work here. Took my car in to get my transmission fixed and they had my car for a month. Finally was able to pick it up and the transmission falls out under my car and was dragged the next day. The transmission wasn't mounted correctly. All I got was "I'm sorry," they had my car for another 2 weeks. Picked it up and then the car dies on me 4 different times and had to get it towed AGAIN. I took it to another mechanic who had done work on my alternator in the past. He told me my alternator was bad and the one in my car wasn't the one he put into my car. This place stole my alternator and replaced it with some piece of junk that isn't compatible with my car. Bottom line is don't give this place your business. I wish I could give 0 stars
They are quick efficient and stand behind their work. I took them my 1997 mustangGT and when I had a problem they addressed it imediately thank you mission transmission
This guy sucks, be aware he will steal your money and do the least to try and fix your car. I don't care about the amount I paid, money is nothing, but time is very valuable and he had my car for a LONG (2+ months) time period! I don't know how he keeps his dump open... Benco, these guys are incompetent crooks with attitude. I made the mistake of having these transmission guys rebuild my high performance VW 2276 engine. I figured they knew their way around Volkswagens based on the claims on their website and Facebook but they don't. I told them exactly what I wanted and paid them what they wanted. The engine Benco built seized on the first time out because of a lack of oil pressure. I asked them to stand behind their work and fix it. They fixed it alright! ,Blaming me in the process for driving it. They "fixed" it with cheap spare parts that must have been lying around the shop. Benco "de-balled" me and my motor with a smaller crank shaft, a small camshaft (that wasn't even machined for my stroker motor) and 7.7 compression ratio. It had even been reduced in displacement to 2165! The engine was not at all what I had asked for or paid for! To add insult to injury , the second rebuild had the same oil pressure problems as the first and became un-useable. Benco built me a piece of junk that doesn't even have enough horse power to make it up a steep hill when the oil light stays off long enough to try. I hired a real engine builder to go through this mess and he said the crank end play was way out of spec and the crank shaft main bearing was not clearanced right, causing the oil pressure loss. I learned that the piston ring end gaps were lined up allowing blow by causing a loss of compression and power which is a very amateur mistake! There were other shenanigans such as my designer valve covers disappearing, being told my after market high dollar heads were unusable then all the sudden usable again when I questioned Ben, being told my expensive webber carburators were shot when they weren't... I called to question and confront Ben the owner after running the second rebuild. He hid and pawned me off to some newly hired guy each time I called, who I never even met before, who had all kinds of condescending attitude. He wouldn't even tell me what parts were in the motor, now I know why. There are several other bone head mistakes that Benco made on my engine and suspension that caused damage and was a complete waste of time and money. I will never go there again.
i had my trans rebuilt 1 week ago . i had to drive my honda 2000 crv before i could write a review . all i can say is they treated me with good service and advice . the price to me was fair and i get a free trans oil change in six months, im very pleased with there service thanks. ralph h.
I have been working with Luke for over 20 years! Nothing but the best! He treats everyone fair! Best service and prices! Mark at Scared Shiftless
I am very happy, they did quality work at a fair price, and I watched as they really took good care of a customer who had a problem while I was there. It's hard to find a qualified shop these days, they were just Good guys.
Beware the low price quotes. They will tell you they will repair your transmission for $500 but then when it is said and done, turn around and charge you $1200. When they give you the estimate, beware if it states a range! It will always be the top of the range and the bottom of the range is a pipe dream.
