So disorganized and slow! I called to verify my appt time and the woman NEVER made it. I was livid. Then the woman from scheduling who I was dealing with me was getting upset with me because I was obviously upset. I waited two weeks for this appt and even had to get work off. Yes, im going to be upset moron. What a waste of time. I spoke to the director after the woman hung up on me not once but twice! Disgusting and rude. Of course the director was backing up her ill trained employee . After speaking with Karen, I believe is her name, it was obvious where her employee was getting her nasty behavior. Karen needs to learn how to do her job and teach your scheduling team some organization skills and some skills on managing "hostile" situations like an upset possible patient.
I took the morning of work to make my 9 am appointment, I arrived at 830am, called in at 9, only to be told that I had to fast. No one told me and indeed I had ate. I was highly upset and was reschedule to the following week waste of my time, work and gas.
