Everything I've come here they have been so kind and professional. The prices are fair and sales are great. I cracked my screen on my Samsung tablet 7 x9 inch and wanted the exact same one. It was on sale the lady said and then I asked if they could transfer my stuff she said get a Sims card and she showed me how to download the stuff to Sims card and then my new tablet has everything back. She was awesome.

I oaod a visit looking to purchase two new monitor. I waited 30 to 40 minutes for an associate to become available before spotting two associates just hiding in a corner talking. I approach them to ask about a specific size of a monitor I didn't see on the floor. After giving me an attitude as if I was interrupting them he just responds that "whatever is over there is all they have" doesn't offer to show me any alternatives or anything. The kicker is I go home and look online only to find out that the exact monitor I am looking for is available at that store. I call to double check giving the lazy sale associate the benefit of the doubt the phone rings for over 2 minutes with no answer. I try again still no answer. I order online and both monitors are available for pickup within the hour so they definitely had to have them in stock. The ONLY way I will ever step foot in this store again is to pick up an online order. The associates are useless.
Pat's TV is amazing! I have been a customer of theirs for over 30 years. Pat is, at once, extremely knowledgeable and extremely personable. I have an interest in knowing what he did to resolve the issues. He explanations are completely thorough and helpful. How excellent that he provides insight as to which brands to avoid and the causes of most of the repairs he performs. I just purchased a LG OLED television. Pat's input as to what usually fails on TVs, the cost involved in said repair, and not to hang the TV on the wall was invaluable. It is a no-brainer to deal with a local company with great service, as opposed to a chain store. Pat's TV cannot be surpassed!
Bought insurance for my new phone last year at Best Buy and when I lost my phone...the insurance didn't cover anything...a wasted $120 / year.
Great affordable service. Repaired the lamp in my DLP and Sound board Sanyo on my flat screen. The sound board went out again and helped me get in contact with Sanyo for a low price replacement instead of repairing with another new board.
