I went to Richardson's where I bought my 2 six-volt deep cycle batteries, for replacement, and to have three jack springs installed. They wanted "at least $72 to install the two batteries and $63 each to install each of the jack springs. When I remarked that I thought this was a bit high for labor, the customer service rep said, "if you wanted to do this, you wouldn't be here to have us do it." His snotty attitude caused me to buy the batteries and jack springs elsewhere, and install them myself.
It's just interesting that there hasn't been once single positive review of either Richardson's RV stores in Riverside in the past seven years. They need to make some serious changes.
Horrible service. everything was done wrong and when someone came out to fix it, still did it wrong. Gave up and had someone else fix their poor quality work. Stay away from this business.
I wish I would have read the reviews before dealing with Richardson's. Unfriendly, lack of follow-up, poor orientation to my new RV, poor service for missing parts, etc. I wouldn't only tell my friends to stay away but I would also tell my enemies.
Poor service after you buy! We took our trailer in for service a few months after purchasing it from the Riverside location because the refrigerator was not working on propane. We made an appointment and dropped it off and 5 days went by and so I called to see how it was going . Dealt with a man name Steven who treated me like crap for calling after only 5 days and said it will be another 3-5 days before they can even look at it! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL....must be the owners son or something cause no one should treat customers that just spent $30K on a trailer like this.
With a week in advance had appointment scheduled on 03/14 took day off from work, the contractor was not able to meet his appt. No call!!!! After awhile, I decided to call, scheduler over booked & they were not willing to work with my schedule after I missed work....poor customer service.
