UPDATE 7/3/2014:

I have tried to get a hold of Tomas for the past 2 weeks now to let him know that he needed to weed and trim the schrubs....no response. now he has missed the regular lawn day without any contact or explanation. I paid for three months and only got two months. I would not recommend this guy at this point.

I called Tomas to get a quote for a broken sprinkler pipe and weekly maintenance, and he showed up the net day. Before he gave me the quote to fix my irrigation, he and his staff dug out to find he broken pipe right there on the spot. His quote was spot on and fair. Within 24 hours my pipe was fixed. I was so impressed that I hired him to do my weekly maintenance.

Was very helpful in fixing my sprinklers and cleaning and maintaining my yard.
