We have used Sears repair service for over 10 years. They have always done a great job. We had trouble with our washer. It was washing and then I noticed a burning smell so I turned it off. I called Sears repair service and told them what happened. They gave me a date when they would come out and fix it. The service man came I told him where the washer was and he said OK he was going to be there for a little while repairing it. He was done in like an hour. Thank you Sears repair service man. My laundry is done and I'm happy ��������our washer is working again. Thank you Sears repair service.
The technician was up front on how much the repair was going to cost for our icemaker. He had the parts in the van and was able to repair in minutes. I loved the fact that the service department made a call before to make sure I was going to be home. Then they called the morning of the appointment to make sure I was aware of the time. And they called to let me know he was on his way. It was great to have that kind of communication.
We woke up to a fridge that had no power that was working before we went to bed, and we had guests coming over, Sears online let us schedule a technican that very am, and he arrived on time and stayed until the fridge was fixed and running. Very polite and professional in manner and at least prompt. Good value for the service.
This was fun....A Sears service tech came out today to "fix" our cook top. He literally took EVERY screw out of it, had no idea what he was looking at, had to call another tech to explain to him how to put it back together, then says to me "Yep, it's broken" and had to order all new circuit boards for it. I am 99% sure he didn't put it back together correctly and it will probably burn our house down or electrocute who ever is using it the first time we turn it on. The best part is that I called Sears customer service and expressed my concerns to them and they said there is nothing they can do until someone happens.
