Mission Grove Car Wash

Do Not go here. We took our vehicle here to be washed. We take excellent care of our cars and keep everything in order. We took one car in to have it cleaned - upon leaving my boyfriend noticed that one of the trim panels looked like it had popped off, so when he got home he was going to pop it back on, but realized the entire panel had been ripped off and all plastic brackets broken off.



It was placed back in place and he was not told. For a fifty dollar replacement part and their dishonesty they have lost our business.



We have been trying to call for two days - no manager will speak to us or call us back. Again today we sat on hold for 30 minutes and now no one will even pick up to answer our call. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and asking all of my friends to comment, blog and share this story.



A smart business would realize that addressing the issue would be a better move. Quite Jr. High to refuse to call us back.
