I go to this store specifically for the Meat Department. Once a month (or as my budget permits), I will stock up on meat. This store has the Best meat for your dollar. It's not cheap cuts, or fatty junk. My family loves the marinated chicken and I use it in my recipes where chicken is called for, and the fact that the chicken is already marinated makes all the difference in the world. The service in the Meat Department is awesome. Yes, generally the clientele is Hispanic, but as soon as I show up they speak to me in English (as well as they can.....at least they try). I've never felt disrespected by employees or other customers. I can usually walk out of the store with a bunch of meat for less than $100. If I was to buy the same amount at Stater Bros., I would spend 2 1/2 times that amount. Nevermind what it would cost at Ralph's!!!



I've bought some prepared meat at the Deli counter and they've always been awesome. The food is always fresh, and at the appropriate temperatures. The homemade salsa's are really good too.



I rarely listen to other people's reviews because they're subjective. Maybe they had a bad experience that was not usual for this store. Try this store and make your own decision.
