GT Imports Automotive Repair - BMW, Mini-Cooper & Volvo Specialists

As a woman who isn't familiar with how cars run it's very intimidating to get my car repaired. I could be told anything and wouldn't know if I were being conned or not. That all changed with GT Imports. As soon as I walked in the front door I was greeted by a very professional and pleasant receptionist. When the mechanic looked at my car they explained how things worked and why in my instance it wasn't working the way it should. I felt so comfortable and reassured and knew I was not being taken advantage of. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks Gt Imports for all you did. I am telling all my friends.

Great service! Will never take my car to the dealer again! GT is a family owned/run business and it shows. They care about their customers. Never felt pressured to doing more than what I brought my car in for, great prices, honest and excellent work! Appreciated that they even told me if I ever need water or air in my tires, to swing by and they'd pull it in real quick to fill for free! I've taken them up on it and they weren't lying! Don't go anywhere else!

I have taken my car to GT imports many of times. Every time i've taken it they tell me what is wrong and if there is anything else they will call right away and tell me if its something that needs to be fixed right away or if it could wait. The staff is amazing!

Changes prices around and not affordable .

I no longer could afford going to the dealership to have my Volvo repaired. I began to look at auto places that claimed to fix volvos, but was so disappointed. I was just about to go back to the dealership, until a friend of mine told me about GT Imports. I have definitely found the place. They are extremely professional, and honest. The prices were fantasitic. I couldnt believe it when they said the quote included the parts, and labor. At the dealership I was paying 3x as much if not more. I brought my other car back that isnt a Volvo, and same great work. Its a family owned business and they treat you as part of it. Place is clean and the waiting area is very comfortable. I wont be going anywhere else for now on. Thank you GT Imports for such great work.

GT Imports is a wonderful shop to get your car worked on. They are all friendly and the service is GREAT. I've been getting my car worked on at the shop since they open and Ive never had a problem, they make sure my car is in the best condition before it leaves the shop. The Owners are the most caring people and want the best for you as a customer and make sure you get it! Check it out for yourself and you wont be disappointed.

I love Gt Imports. I've been going there since they opened and will never go anywhere else. They are so friendly and have no problem explaining things to me if I have any questions. The coffee is great and they have cookies and treats for the kids. I never feel intimidated like at the dealerships. The family atmosphere is great!! Say hi to Gary and Ruby for me when you go. GT is a very nice and clean place. They do great work and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. They are dealership mechanics with years of experience and it shows. The thing I like about them the most is the fact that there honest and up front with me about the repairs that need to be done with my cars, no suprises. I own a honda and thier honda master tech has got to be one of the best techs around, hands down. Go to GT you will not be sorry.

I have recently moved to the Riverside area. My car needed servicing and I took it to GT Imports.

The service I received was excellent. Gary and Ruby are the nicest people I have ever met.

They are honest and don't sell you service you don't need. I have recommended several of my friends to GT and they have received the same exceptional service that I have. Our entire family now bring their cars in for serving. Way to go GT.
