A very unprofessional Doctor, his staff is full of people just like him. Please beware of this office and this doctor.

The staff and doctor are completely callous toward the patients. They treat you like you're cattle just another piece of meat. Worst experience of my life. I've never been made to feel so little in my life. I got treated like I'm an idiot. When i addressed the doctor about the issues i was having. His first question for me was "whos your ins provider" when i told him its medi-cal he proceeded to treat me even worse. I would not recommend him to my worse enemy. They need to figure out the patients not the money is important.

Terrible customer service and front staff were not friendly at all. I waited for over 1 hour to be seen and they turned me away because I did not bring my referral with me. I spoke with the Dr to complain about the staff and he was just as rude. I kept my composure even though they showed me with their actions that the patient is not important. I am a concerned parent and they did not see that, no one apologized for the inconvenience and made me feel that all of them lack empathy. Very disappointing
