I've been coming to Riverside HD for years. Purchased my FLHXS here, my goto spot for PARTS/SERVICE up until now. Took my bike in for 10K service, came back later to pick it up. Checked to make sure everything was in order, found on of my saddlebag pin missing. After searching, found the pin laying inside the saddlebag. Good thing I noticed it before hopping on the FWY. When I got home I noticed my primary leaking oil, not a good thing after spending 5 bills on service. Rode back down, spoke with DMZ in Service Dept, told him what was wrong. I was BLOWN away with the the attitude I received from this guy. He's going on and on how his techs are HD certified BLAH BLAH BLAH, Yeah so human error is a reality that you can't explain away with excuses. I want my bike back the way it was when I dropped it off. Instead of trying to figure out a solution to the problem I get the run around about they can't look at right now and I'd have to come back later to get it checked out. RIDICULOUS! Unprofessional, Incompetent and Disrespectful is how I'd describe the service they provided. The Service Dept. has lost my trust, had they fixed the problem instead of treating their customers like crap It would be a different story. I will no longer support this place, given the manner I was treated. There's plenty of dealers around town that have high standards with professional staff that will treat customers the way they deserve to be treated, WITH RESPECT. Own up to your mistakes, i'll be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest others to steer clear of Riverside Harley.

Needed the impossible done. Called every dealership from Quaid to Laidlaw to Pomona Valley and was immediately shut down. Raymond Rory and DMC got it done. When I was inconvenienced by making an extra trip in they made it right with some goodies. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know above all others in the inland empire. Their inventory is great atmosphere fun & their people are awesome.
Signed up for the Motorcycle safety classes they had going on and completed it feeling confident in riding a motorcycle! The instructors Dave & Brian really taught me alot of useful stuff. I highly recommend going here for beginners. The staff at the dealership were just awesome too they helped me get a new bike and really worked with me on it! could not have asked for a better start & experience . If you go in talk to Mark Smith he helped me pick out the right bike and now i love my Dyna!
I was looking to get back on a bike after 16yrs and after someone stealing my credit 8yrs ago. The sales team, Tim in particular, were fantastic to deal with and explained everything to me. Tim was very helpful and instrumental on getting me on the right bike for the right price. When it came to financing Greg, "Doc", went above and beyond to get me financed with me having no credit scores. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again or recommend these to to anyone I know. Very happy I chose Riverside Harley.

This company has horrible customer service. The swingarm bolt on my TMEC 200 broke and was supposed to be replaced under warranty. However, I'm not getting any replies from Tom or Troy concerning the issue. Also, the bike was shipped with the front tire installed backwards and it took forever to get the bike shipped. I guess the included warranty is useless.
Quickly finished my bike I'll definitely be back for more work.
