After calling a handfull of other private security companies with no response I found that Enhanced Security picked up the phone the first time, every time. Its nice to know that they are open 24/7.
I love this place! I suggest it to everyone who needs a dress for special occasions. I walked in and the receptionist greeted me warmly, and asked if I needed anything. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. And that is how I judge the specific types of stores that I go to. The lady asked me if there was anything that I needed, and if there was a certain style that I was looking for. I will definitely go back to this place again.
Stan went above and beyond to make me feel like an important customer. Even though he was buried in orders from shirts to graduation sashes he took my single hat order and had it ready before Friday as promised. I even had the privilege of seeing how the machines are set up and run. It is a lot of work to switch the settings for a single A hat. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you again Stan. Your embroider did a wonderful job!
Best service ever very informative Willing to actually help when I need,it, Good oltions,on thanks
Came in to look around and ended up buying 2 items, that I could not find anywhere else. Love the selection of stuff they have. And the clerk that waited on me was awesome, just very helpful. Not only that but you help someone eat with your purchase, and that is GREAT.....
Your parking lot is a pokegym. Why call the cops? Especially on a 100° day where we were stopped for shade on our walk.
Hi my name is Raydelle walker and I'm am 15 year old and live in Moreno valley California and i want to let you know that I have worked at two jobs before this one and that u can put me in any position. Thank you for your time
I ordered a customized tutu and a onesie for my daughter's first birthday. I wanted a three layer tutu ( hot pink, pink, silver sparkling ) with glitter polka dots, the lady who makes them, her name is Janet, assured me that she understood what I wanted, plus my daughter was wearing a similar skirt, so I told her that's how I like it, she charged me $97.20 for that and a onesie with #1 and Minnie mouse. Two weeks later when I came to pick it up, I was shocked to see it. It was just a piece of cloth on the elastic rubber with horrible stitching. The glitter on #1 on the onesie was already coming out. Immediately, I knew I was ripped off, I paid a lot of money for a really bad job, and I wanted my money back. The girl told me they don't give refunds, I had to call the mall security to get money back, even the security said WOW ( in a bad way ) to what the finished product looked liked. Thank god I got my money back! Never ever go to that store, such a rip off and very rude, bad customer service!
Business hours are actuallyMon-Sat 10:00am-8:00pmSun 10:00am-6:00pm
BEWARE! Do not go here if you have a stroller!Every time I walk by this store, I shudder at the memory of how I was treated after the birth of my second son at Gayla Nights. I had an event to attend and decided to give their store a try. I had two small children at the time who were both asleep in my double stroller. I walked in the store and the woman working there yelled at me, "As you can see, your stroller will not fit". My stroller is two inches more narrow than the ADA required width for stores to allow wheelchair access. So, how are they able to operate and still accommodate wheelchairs if their dresses are crammed so much that I could not bring in my stroller?Since my children were sleeping, I could not pick them both up and walk around due to the fact that I was alone. I felt humiliated since she yelled at me like I was stealing something. I turned and left in tears. Now, they have a sign in their window which states, No Strollers. I would never give this business one dime of mine and hope mothers treated this way will do the same. I shop at the Tyler Mall once a week on average and I've never been treated this way by any stores. This place is disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves and I certainly hope they don't treat customers in wheelchairs the same way because their aisles are too narrow.
