Chris McNinch and the Team at this location are the best. They have always worked hard to make sure everything goes smoothly for me. They stay late if necessary and always take the time to deal with my car rentals with patience and courtesy no matter how busy they are.
I am been using this Branch for years and have always gotten Superior Service and Personal Attention. This past Friday, I went to pick up my Weekend Rental as usual at 12:30 PM. But there were no cars available. I guess due to the Monday being a Holiday and the Daily rentals not due back until later. There were 8 of us waiting for the next car. I was still there @1:40, when Chris arranged for some of us to be transported to another location. But a Mini Van arrived and he upgraded me so I could get to a delayed appointment, even though that upgrade was very costly to his Branch. It is so nice to be waited upon by such caring and supportive people when things go wrong. I will be renting again next weekend. Maybe I'll be upgraded to the shiny new Mustang out front next time :)
Edgar is great , professional, ready to help. Jessica is very accomadating and helpful also. the reason i only gave 3 stars is because, even though the deals are great prices. it doesnt seem to matter after having to pay the insurance extremely expensive per day. Also the pick up time to get a ride is usually later than what youve tried to plan for. So im usually running behind for my scheduele for the rest of the day. I understand they get busy, and have more pickups to do.but for every different employee ive asked how to get picked up by a certain time, everyone has a different answer. and so far none of them have wrked . no matter how much ahead of time i try to set up earlier pick up, i still seem fall like 6th or 7th in line which usually results in me getting picked up at least an hour later than my attempt. Not saying its the offices fault. i think that corporate should be the ones, to coordinate a better outcome for the customers, meanwhile, possibly adding at least one more staff to help out. everyone cant leave to pick up customers when they need to stay in the office to help take care of customers there.
They were FANTASTIC to work with! My car was in the body shop after someone vandalized it and they took it to heart! Seeing that I was disabled they helped put me into a car that worked for me even though it was over the amount my insurance covered! They were very sincere and thoughtful and I will definitely return!!
I had pre-booked a car for the week to take care of errands as the transmission went out on my own car. At rental site, the price went from what was promised to $450. REALLY!? Kind of late in the game for me to change my plans. I'm a plus customer, I felt taken advantage of. The staff was pleasant enough & gave me a "free" upgrade; however, nothing felt free about it. Trevor was my sales agent & very nice/professional. I spoke with mgr Shameeka about the jump in price. I still felt like I got the runaround. I also contacted Aaron at the toll-free customer service number & still got no results. I'm an unhappy consumer who received decent service. IF that makes sense. They may be able to recover this plus member of four years with a complimentary week. Unfortunately, I will need to rent again this month. Response from the ow
Enterprises weekend special is absolutely great. $9.99 per day for 3 days and 300 free miles. You really can't beat the price and even pick-up service.
Enterprise on University really made my experience renting a car from them very easy. I left my truck to be repaired at Collision Center of Riverside on a Saturday and they were able to call Enterprise to pick me up and take me to their store. Once at their location they quickly got my information and had several cars for me to choose from. I was in and out within 15 minutes. When it was time for me to return the car I had rented, I was pleased to hear that I was able to leave it at the body shop. I did not have to drive it to the Enterprise that I had picked it up from. Thank you for a great experience.
This family owned Riverside location is absolutely wonderful. Larry and Diane treats me like family everytime I come in. They call me by name and always treat me like a vip. I was most impressed when diane went to have her blood type checked to see if she may be a match for a bone marrow transplant that i need. Wow.. This is more than service.. This is love... Thank you :)
