These guys are great. I have a clothing business in Orange County. I've been trying to avoid calling a company out to repair my automatic doors, but I finally had to do it. The doors do not close properly and they make an awful noise . Also, the bottom of of one door is making contact with the concrete as it attempts to close.I called 3 door companies and decided to go with West Coast Door Masters. The person that answered the phone, I think her name was Karen, was so friendly and helpful. When I described the problem, she knew exactly what I was talking about. She told me that she could send out their technician to take a look at my door problem. She asked "how soon do you need service?". I said "yesterday". She quickly said, "well, we can't be there yesterday, but we can be there today, how would that work for you?" I laughed and said "Great!"The technician arrived, inspected the doors, showed me why they weren't closing properly, what was causing the noise, how he would fix the door scraping on the concrete and gave me a quote. He was polite and very professional in the way he communicated with me. Once he started working on my doors, I couldn't help but notice that he cleaned up the area that he was working on so that any Customers coming in or leaving the store, would not be inconvenienced. He never created a safety hazard for them. The other thing I noticed was that he even gave a cheerful hello to some of the Customers as they entered my store. I was impressed. The doors got repaired and are working great, just like new!I found West Coast Door Masters to be a first class company.Their pricing is very competitive. They are efficient, reliable and extremely professional.
I was in desperate need of service in the Riverside area for my commercial building . I called several door companies, Barr Door had the best rates and a reasonable lead time even for emergency hours. I am impressed.
Hi, I purchased a double entry door through Vol-Dee supply Co in Lomita. Service and everything was great. 7 months later I noticed there was sap coming out of the door. I contacted Vol-Dee and he mentioned that the manufacturer TM Cobb will come out and look at the door. It took 3 weeks for them to come out and lol at my door. The inspector came and took some pictures and left. He said that the issue will get back to me. 1 month has gone by and I have called them and left several messages. Nobody has returned my phone calls. I have contacted Vol-Dee and he mentioned that they told him that there is not enough over hang!!! What does sap have to do with over hang??? These guys are not a legit company. Please do yourself a favor and buy your doors from a reputable company!! They don't stand by their products!!!!
Someone came out looked at door . Noticed the antenna was broke inside needed to order the part . 2 months later they have not come back . Left numerous messages and no return call. Please go elsewhere
I just got off the phone with T M Cobb. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful but she transferred me to a woman who thought, A. I was wasting her time B. I should know the lingo that her company uses daily C. That I was an idiot for not being able to speak her language. I feel that if I'm purchasing a product from someone, the least they could do is treat their customers nicely. She did the whole, "uhhhhh... we carry LOTS of doors here, which one are you taking about?" Thought that was rude. Plus their doors aren't very good quality. One year warranty on all of their products? They don't even have faith in their own products? Kinda scary.
