I actually can appreciate the Department of Consumer Affairs. They need to make it easier for consumers to file a complaint. Phone number: ( 909) 798-2432. The staff at the front desk are very rude. They hang up on a customer if the customer simply requests a complaint form. They order the customer to come back in the morning. The manager and staff of this motel demand the paying customer to be in the vicinity of the room that the paying customer rented or the maids of the service department will put in their paper work, the customer refused room service. With out any supporting evidence. No video footage with : Time, day and date. No phone summery: When the maid of room service exactly called a specific room so they can clean the room. With: Date, day and time just hearsay. Isn't this selective enforcement with out probable cause. When the staff of the front desk are informed the customer is a American Veteran. Also that it might be a all day affair at his Veteran Hospital Appointments. The front desk staff of this motel does not care. They demand that the paying customer be in the vicinity of the room they are renting: From: 09:00 a.m. To 3:00 P.M. so the maids can clean the room. The front desk sides with the maids of the service department. This is after you pay with a credit card. The motel has lots of negative reviews. For roaches in the room. Well now we know why? If I was in my room all day on: Saturday July 29, 2017. Then simply because the maids of service can lie on paper work . They can easily lie and say they cleaned a room and didn't. Lie on paper. Is it too much for the at will employees that are requesting a customer to be in his room or near his room at a specific time? Is this to unreasonable? If they are making it a issue that the paid up customer be next to his room . Then when the customer asks exactly what time. The answer is: Between : 09:00 A.M. and 3:00 P,M. Or the maids of the service department can put in the paper work you refused room service. This then will be used as a negative paper trail. No guests rule only applies to some. I have observed some rooms filled with people. Also : Its very hard contacting the corporate office. I like Consumer Affairs. They should make it easier to make a complaint. Against any business. Also: This motel does not have any security guard. They let people walk in the parking lot. Not even renting a room. Its unknown if they have security cameras? Very bad customer service. The front desk employee will hang up the phone on you. If you request a complaint form. To write up the maids. Bad customer service.
On Jan 10th 2015 my car was towed by police officer Berethlio.My BAC was 0.03. On Thursday Jan 15th I(RECORDING THE WHOLE INCIDENT) took pics of MY fuse box located under hood of MY car. Upon seeing what I was doing the tow truck yard owner began freaking out. Back in April 2014 I filed complaints with internal affairs about about corrupted police officers tampering with my car). My mechanic along with few other witnesses made a point of inspecting and taking pics of the fuse box. I saw and have video of my fuse box being tampered with AGAIN!! at the tow yard. All of it on video.
