It was our first time to this , Fed Ex. The customer service is very bad. The date was : March 17, 2018. We noticed the female customer almost in tears. Just about begging the , African American adult the location of her package. He claimed he didn't know. However: The female Hispanic adult pointed out she had received notification that her package did arrive. He was repeatedly kept using the word: " I'll try". The word : ( Try = Half way ). Example: How many people would trust a new hired employee that kept saying : " I will try to show up for work ". As compared to a employee that said," I will show up for work:? Then we noticed another customer ask the lazy . African American adult , if he could do a six page coil bind. The answer was : " I'll try ". The customer asked: " Can you do a coil bind in a hour"? The answer was: " I'll try, ". Then customer asked : " If I leave and come back in two hours can you do a simple six page coil bind "? Again the at will employee responded, with his lazy excuse: " I don't know , I can try ". Then the nice customer asked the extremely lazy empty suite again: " If I leave my six pages with you to do a coil bind , for only six pages and I leave this you for three hours , can you coil bind it". The answer again was : " I don't know, I will try ". Tyr = Equals : Never. This is very bad customer service. He is in the wrong job. He wants to avoid work. So he can sit on his phone. I suggest avoiding this : Fed Ex. The manager is lazy. Next: Why is the : Fed Ex , corporation sending customers information their package has arrived and they have this lame duck working here . He showed no remorse or sorrow for the adult female Hispanic adult. All he kept saying is : " I'll try ". The package is in a truck or in that , Fed Ex. If Fed Ex , can't deliver a package on time , to the right location, what good are they? Next: We went to another , Fed Ex. The intelligent , Fed Ex , employee provided a coil bind for six pages in about , six minutes. It appears some lame duck promoted this lame duck , empty suite. Why? To stand around and do nothing. He is in the wrong job. This maybe all he knows how to do, is stand around. Bad customer service. The next write up will be on : Yelp and a few other sites. The word : ( Try = Negative= Or it will never get done ). Maybe he just wants to sit on his butt and do nothing. This incident took place: March 18. 2018. How many customers are ok with being treated like this? Bad customer service.
