Don't shop at Howard's they do not stand behind their product I bought a a/c from them it shorted out and they won't replace it so I called my credit card company and they are not going to pay for it by the way I only had it one day I'm taking it back to them tomorrow
They have had my under the counter clear ice maker for well over a month now. Told me it needed a new door because it didnt seal properly so it wont make ice. Then it needed a new ice cutting wire which is $35 but wanted to replace the whole grid instead, $200+. Then told me it was just dirty and need an "extensive" cleaning. What exactly is an extensive cleaning I ask. They put ice maker cleaning fluid in it and run the "CLEAN" mode a few times. They wanted $300 to run the self clean mode 2 or 3 times. Scott left a voicemail yesterday stating they ran the SELF CLEAN mode 4 times and it still wouldn't make ice properly. Gee, ya think? You don't think in 12 years of owning the machine and 1000's of pounds of ice that I never ran the self clean mode by pushing the button on the front panel? Scott said they actually had to take it apart and clean it all by hand. You people are a joke....appliance repair shop? Not even close! I wonder how much they charge to run the self clean mode in our KitchenAide oven we recently bought from them? STAY AWAY FROM TAYLORS
Mr. Martinez was very helpful and explained the different features of each refrigerator we saw. He answered our questions satisfactorily. After making our selection he explained the delivery process and the extended guarantee possibilities. We were very pleased overall with the service and attention he gave us.
Save your time and your money by doing business with anyone but these crooks. Today I went down to pick up a thermal fuse that should be no more than 1.50 cents and these people charged me 11.06 . Because I'm an a Electrician I knew they were robbing me but I'm doing this your all you who don't know. If they are willing to cheat on a 1.00 fuse then you can only imagine what they will do on anything else. I found one at Speedy Appliance for 1.75 just to prove my point. DONT LET THEM GET RICH OFF OF YOU AND THE GOOD PEOPLE OF OUR GREAT TOWN OF RIVERSIDE. MY NAME IS Jack Suttles
Horrible customer service. They didn't even acknowledge us for 20 minutes. I went up to them and asked if anybody actually worked there. The customer service is the only reason we did not buy from them. My wife even made the comment that I work hard for my money and I shouldn't give it to a company that doesn't care for their customers. Will not be back. We went to a different store.
rip off. yes rip off. 1. check ac by feel jedi no equipment then told her ac was out of date and Freon against the law and cant use any more lie they still use for 10 next that air didn't flow low on Freon (no equipment) he felt low. and also had rips on vents metal ducts and brand new ac unit at this time how did you check ac, he said feel, she just paid off this one 8 years ago. he said its way to old will blow anytime no Freon to fill he put hands on it and it feels low they left for a minute he had his other tech come in THE CLOSER and talked her into a new ac tape ducts high interest rates guy that came to replace said wow full of Freon. taped ducts and said would last totally ripped her off took advantage of a older lady cause the closer was good, they usually are now she struggles to pay, don't use these crooks remember crooks back in the day go to jail crooks now a days dress in tech uniforms with service plan so they can come for more money blood suckers dont use pls

Wow! I called JVAS in the morning and Larry was at my house within 3 hours on the SAME DAY! It was easy to see that he has decades of experience as he quickly discovered the problem and I had a working washer within the the half hour. Great service and very professional....
