        Vacation home w/1 bathroom being totally replaced...naturally couldn't be there during the reno.When completed, it LOOKED good.

        Robby from Bertsand Plumbing charged us $5000.house was rarely used...I requested a soft close seat....never received .shower fixture had to be replaced because, supposedly, my hot water can't keep up with the amount of hot water used by this fixture( never was a problem before!) i now have chunks of rust clogging every faucet in the house....never happened before!

        Biggest complaint- toilet began leaking....after 4 unreturned phone calls about THIS problem ( no other called were returned either!) I called a real plumber and found out that the original flange (plastic, cracked and not even screwed in place) AND original was wax seal were still in place!!

        This is a disgrace...bordering on fraud! I still can't get a returned phone call...it cost me $150 to have the leak corrected...

        DO NOT USE THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A PLUMBER!!!
