Riverdale City Hall

Please help me to warn people about Officer Alvin Jones of the Riverdale Police Department. I am trying to find out if anyone has been harrassed by the Riverdale police department. I fear leaving my home to go into the community when the police are the ones that lie and harrass the community. I am aware that nothing will be done to address my concerns, however, I would like to at least put something on record in case someone else is going through or has gone through what I have with Officer Alvin Jones of theRiverdale Police department. Please post something that would tell me how to put something on record.
