I regret the day i drove on the parking lot to have to be locked into ANYTHING with automobile acceptance. They will hassle you even if you are one payment behind. Awful and the $8 over the phone payment is ridiculous. Paying your regular bills(water, gas, electric) don't even cost as much as they charge for a "convenience fee" . I hate it!
I pay my bill over the phone every 2 weeks with my debit card. This place is now charging $8 processing fee everytime I pay my bill! You have to PAY to pay your bill! Absolutely ridiculous!! I can't wait until I am done paying this vehicle off so that I never have to deal with them again and I will tell everyone I talk to not to do business with them either!
They don't deserve a penny from me unprofessional no customer service nor respect towards there customers . They are quick to take money out of your account but when it comes to your vehicle it's am 3 ring circus..I cuss out every single person who answered the phone spoke to the so called supervisor then the manager both beyond rude. I'll be going personally down to their office and speaking to them. Beyond ridiculous
I feel like I have a jail sentece with these people. I bought a car in December of 2013. I get my payments electronically taken out. Every single payment there has been an issue and I have had to call them. No one ever knows what I am taking about and then tell me the problem has been resolved. But again they charge the wrong amount. On Feb 3 2014 I spoke with someone who credited the problem to recieving paperwork late from their other dept. She told me this was the last time that amount would come out of my account. On Feb 18, 2014 they again took out the wrong amount. When I called to speak with the customer service reps on 2/19/14 (two different people), they did not know what I was talking about and had no record of my conversation with the women from Feb 3 2014. On Feb. 20 2014 I called and spoke with a Supervisor informing her of the situation and the fact that my bank charged me a $35 fee because they keep taking out the wrong amount. She informed that there is a form I should have filled out to have the amount changed (mind you have have spoken with these people on multiple occassions and they have told me the problem was resolved but never mentioned said form). Her basic attitude to my bank charging me $35 because of the AAC error was "oh well, sorry for the misunderstanding". I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE EVER! The payements are high enough then you add their mistakes and bank charges it is ridiculous!

Worst ever!!! got a loan, made EVERY payment on time through THEIR telephone payment system and then was charged NSF fee's. They are a ripoff, they are rude, they are idiots trying to be big finance players. They hire children to run the place. Stay away from these people they will only cause you agony!!
I borrowed 500 $ from them. I used the p.o. Box they gave me to send there payments. After the 2nd payment, they claimed they never recieved although i sent it too same p.o.box. I started sending payments to main office after that on time but they herassed me 4-6 x a week for 3mo for this missing payments. Thy threaten me, defamed my character and basically said i was lying about making the payment. I called wrstern union prriodically throuhgout the last 3mo checking wether check had been cashed. I found out it was cashed in jan 14, 2013 by AAC. They applied all this extra finance charges against me and never gave me an explanation nor even apology. However one if there customer service workers why im so upset? She wants me now to be cordial but she wasnt very cordial when she was part if the team calling n herrassing me the last three months. Warning to everyone who takes a personal loan with them: make a copy of yr money order. Do not send check boxx
