I wish I could give it a zero star. I went there and bought the Basmati rice for 12.99, but it rang up 19.99. I asked the cashier if I could leave my grocery near the cash register for a minute, and then I went and checked the price. After checking the price, I told her that the rice rang up wrong. She had an attitude and sent me to the Customer Service. The associate in the CS then asked someone else and told me that there were not any rice in the system for 12.99. I decided to show him where it was. On our way to the rice Isle, he said there aren't any rice in the system for 12.99, and you want to get money. I was like WTh. When I showed him the rice, he told me that that's not the price for that rice, and he could not change the price because it is not in the system. I showed him the two rice right next to that rice for 12.00. He told me that I could the 10 lb bag for 12.99 but not the 11 lb bag. I almost got a 10 lb bag, but then decided to get my money back. I called twice that night to talk to the manager or a supervisor and told me there are gone. Really? A store with 20 employees closes with no supervisor or manager in sight, They hang up the phone, when I asked for the corporate number. My problem was that they were extremely rude. If they have said we apologize, but there is no way to change the price, I would have been fine with that. They were extremely rude and acted like they don't need my business. I have shopped there on and off for the last 14 years, but this is it; l I am not going there again.
