If I could give zero stars I would ... Clora funeral home is strictly about money ...no compassion for the grieving whatsoever ....I had my husband creamated why they felt the need to embalm him I have no clue just so they could charge MORE MONEY ....I had a viewing of the body and they instructed me not to bring any clothes and that they would have him covered in a white sheet ...the day of the viewing they had him covered in what looked like a plaid table cloth ...the family was appalled and questioned them to as why would they do a viewing with someone presented the way he was presented they were very non chalant with their response ....they also informed me that I would need more than 15 death certificates ..me not knowing any better agreed and let them order MORE MONEY ... they were never needed ...then I had to call them more than 10 times regarding the death certificates...and my wedding pictures that they used in a slide show WHICH I NEVER EVER GOT BACK......every time u call people were rude and acting as if you were bothering them because u asked questions and u were a paying customer...they are definitely unprofessional...thoughtless ...money hungry with no compassion for grieving families whatsoever ....shame on them taking advantage of the grievers
