I was having a hard time coming up with cake ideas for my sister's baby shower and they couldn't be more helpful. The service is A+!

This shop is so organized and the people are ready to assist. When you come here to purchase a cake, you won't find it hard to do so.
I am extremely happy about this place because they sell high quality cakes that are affordable and have a very nice flavor.
Amazing cupcake and ice cream selection here.Inviting decor and staff always a fun time to let the kids nose up to the glass and pick a treat
I enjoyed my cupcake! Although it was a bit dry. I loved being able to get a glass of milk with it. Excellent customer service.
Karen's Bakery is so good I drive all the way from home to her bakery just to get that delicious peach cobbler. The best you will get.Better then my moms.
I will never order from this bakery again. Work ethics suck! Why call an order in and they not have anything when you go to pick it up. Ridiculous!
I love the cakes and cupcake and have recommended this bakery to many friends and relatives because of the great cakes. To my surprise upon a recent visit the counter attendant who was helpful in assisting me with my purchases packaged my baked goods in a box that was only fit to be thrown out! It had fingerprint smudges over the box and writing and doodleson it. I kindly ask the young lady to give me a fresh box because the presentation was just as important as the goods inside, especially when spending a nice sum of cash for your purchases. She complied but definitely demonstrated a truly perturbed attitude. Stephanie, train your staff that great customer service extends to not only assisting customers in a cordial manner, but presentation is key even down to packaging. One thing to make fabulous "slap yo mamma" food, but if it is not packaged well all goes to naught. Invest in some better containers add a holiday motif during the holiday for folks to remember your bakery. You can't blow up large when you and staff operate like its your home kitchen and you aren't marketing your goods in a better way. Even Dunkin Donuts invest a little in there packaging.
I would nvr go out of my way to write a bad review unless it was well deserved. These guys have awesome little cakes for about $6 tht i love. So i thought id order a cake for my daughters 1st bday. For starters these cakes aint cheap. It was $450 for a cake tht only served 50 ppl. It wad 2 circular lvls... They ddnt have a box for it so they gave it just open, i asked for a green & purple cake. They made it brown & green. They misspelled "Jocelyn", wrote "Joselyn"... It tadted like box cake. The strawberry filling, skimped out on the strawberrys, the butter covering wasnt sweet enough so it tasted like straight up whipped butter. Overall, they screwed me, dnt spend this much money for a cake tht the bakers put little effort into, just a warning.
I had a specialty cake made here for my husbands birthday. It came out exactly how I wanted it, and was a huge hit at the party. I couldn't be happier!
