I was on the phone for about 20 min. inquiring on how to organize a B-Day party for a 5 year old. The employee went as far to read the entire menu to me, the cost of games per hour or game, and NEVER mentioned they have Birthday Party packages!!!!! When I arrived, I had to place my credit card as a hold - all the while running back and forth to the concession stand to make individual purchased while each child arrived. When I checked-out I told the lady that we were done, went to my purse to get a coupon and when I went to redeem the coupon she already closed out my credit card and REFUSED to honor the coupon. I never had the chance to redeem it because she had it the entire time!!!!! She refused to honor the coupon stating she didn't know how to credit my account.

Parking lot is landscaped and well-lit. Center is neat and clean throughout, even when quite busy.Staff are attentive and informative about prices, specials and new leagues forming soon.Best Center in the metro area.
